You see, many of our current customers came to us out of despair when their "cheaper", "better deal", "sweet talker" movers ended up not showing up on their most important day... Moving day!

It happens way more often than you think...

We heard the same story over and over again dozens of times... Does anything below sound familiar?

"Our movers were scheduled to start moving at 08:00 am this morning but they never showed up..."

"They took a $400 cash deposit and now they do not answer the phone..."

"I am in a desperate situation: it is noon and my scheduled movers that were supposed to come at 07:30 am are still not here... they said they would hopefully be there by 03:00 pm but I need to be out of my house by 05:00 pm tonight... Please help..."

"I had to let the movers go after the first load as they damaged my furniture and damaged my house. I wanted to prevent any more damage... This is a disaster..."

Many will promise you the moon but, if they do not show up the day of your move because they "just happened" to get another call for another more lucrative job (and dumped you as a result) you will be left stranded, stressed, hurt and worse with money gone likely forever...

WE ARE DIFFERENT! We have hundreds of happy customers who call us over and over again for their moving needs and other needs (we also offer Multi Services, just ask and we will let you know more if you need other services before or after moving).
It might be your first time moving in years but many customers we know move every year, in town, out of town and out of State. There are many reasons why they call us over and over again. It is not by chance. Not only do they repeatedly call us but they also refer us to their friends and families, this ALL OVER THE USA.

One very good recurrent customer of ours (we did a lot of work at his place) whom we moved from Columbus, OH to Modesto, CA in 2023 gave us 5 references all around the USA! We did 4 of those within months of moving him and his family:

- Nashville, TN to Raleigh Durham, NC
- New Orleans, LA to Dallas, TX
- Houston, TX to Chicago, IL
- Las Vegas, NV to Modesto, CA

The family we moved to Dallas moved again from one end of Dallas to another in January 2024 and flew me in to organize and do the move despite the fact there are dozens of companies in the Dallas area! They said they did not trust nor want anybody else for their move!

LOCAL MOVES:

For local move we charge an hourly rate (minimum 2 hours) per person for labor X the number of people you want (we can recommend what we think is best but ultimately you decide as you are the boss!). That is if you just want labor.
We always come prepared with tools to de-assemble and re-assemble what needs to be. As it is time based we do not charge additional fees for stairs or anything that would slow down the work (it will take a little longer anyway so will already be included in the additional time).

If you need a truck we can provide it at an additional cost as well (some people prefer to rent and drive their own rental trucks and we are very flexible with that). We can also provide a trailer for smaller moves.

For some jobs, when we have the exact details of the move (itemized) we may consider a flat fee though the hourly rate is preferable for customers in most cases.

LONG DISTANCE MOVES:

On long distance moves we provide a binding estimate that includes everything: truck, truck insurance, mileage, gas, loading, offloading, tolls (if any), driving fees, accommodation (if applicable), transportation back for the crew, trailers or vehicle carriers (if applicable) with insurance etc...
It is one flat binding fee that WILL NOT CHANGE under ANY CIRc*msTANCES. There is no bad surprise in the form of additional fees before offloading at destination like some big companies charge on a regular basis (we heard the same sad stories dozens of times...).

The binding fee is contractual once signed by both parties (us and you). Feel free to ask for a sample if you want to see what a typical contract looks like. We can customize it for you if you want a different format or if you or your employer require some modifications to it.

On long distance moves there is a very easy and cool way to get A FULL 10% DISCOUNT!
Just ask for further details when you call!

Compared to some major moving company our rates are much more competitive with very distinct advantages.

THE PROCESS WITH BIG COMPANIES GOES LIKE THIS:

They hire local movers to load your stuff and offload at a warehouse somewhere. Once they have enough stuff moving to the same general area/region they bundle everything in the same big truck (or sometimes several), deliver it to another warehouse near your destination, where it is once again offloaded. Several days or weeks later they have a local company near your destination load the stuff again in a smaller truck to then offload it at your destination address.
It is a lot of loading and unloading during which a lot could happen! If something gets damaged they often have no idea who damaged the goods and they really do not care that much anyway!
The whole process can take as much as 30 days (or even more in some cases) from the time your stuff is loaded at your departure address to the time it is delivered to your new address! It may take less time but they do not know exactly for sure when your stuff will arrive and that is why they make you sign a contract stating that it may take up to 30 days for your stuff to arrive! Most companies also charge you for storing your stuff in the different warehouses... The more time it takes the more they make! There is no incentive to deliver your items as quickly as possible if they can make more money delaying the process!
When they get to your destination they often keep your stuff "hostage" until you pay more since you have "more stairs than we were told there would be" or "your drive way is too small for the big truck to park there"...
I have heard some of our customers complain about hundreds of Dollars of additional fees they had to pay just to be able to get their stuff offloaded on some previous moves... That is simply criminal! It happens very often though. Unfortunately...

HOW DOES IT COMPARE WITH US?:

Well, there is no comparison at all! Think of us as a boutique and personalized service!

YOU ARE AND WILL BE OUR PRIORITY THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS!

For one, when we load our truck it will be with you being around at all times. You can see the progress, our procedures and we will show you when we shut the door after securing everything in the truck. A padlock will be put on the door as well. Unless there is any reason for us to open the truck again (for example law enforcement checks) we will really have no reason to re-open the truck until we reach our final destination (your new address), ready to offload most likely with you being present as well.

We will adapt our arrival time to match your preference as much as we can and is reasonably possible considering the time needed to drive and road conditions.

If you fly out the day we finish loading your truck in Columbus, OH for example and arrive that same day in Los Angeles, CA, obviously we will not be there and ready to offload that same night!

However it will NOT TAKE US 30 DAYS to reach your new address!

With less handling the risks of anything being damaged are also DRASTICALLY REDUCED.
We are the only ones handling your load. You will know who loaded and who offloaded your stuff, not some unknown people in and out of a warehouse with no control of what happens in between...

Once the truck (and trailer or vehicle carrier if applicable) is loaded and ready to depart we will arrive at your destination within days at most.

Unless there is major delays such as snow storms, hurricane, flooding etc... we can reach anywhere within the lower 48 within no more than 3 days.

Typical times as examples and under good conditions:

- One day or less: NY, NJ, VT, ME, MA, PA, WV, IN, IL, WI, TN, KY, NC, SC, GA, AL etc...
- Two days or less: FL (South), TX, OK, AR, CO etc...
- Three days or less: AZ, NV, CA, OR, WA, UT etc...

We will then be ready to offload your stuff. We have done better than some of those times but it gives you a rough idea.
If you need to delay by a few days too we can arrange that as well. It is not a problem as we are extremely flexible.

We can transport cars, minivans, SUV's, motorcycles, quads, golf carts... as well. We can also drive RV's upon request.
